1 Peter 1:7 – The Refiner
“So that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.” ( 1 Peter 1:7)
Difficulties come into our lives to test our faith. God uses difficulties in our lives to purify and strengthen our faith so that one day He will see clearly His image in us. As gold is refined by fire, so our faith will be purified and beautified when going through various trials. When our faith remains strong, after going through trials, Jesus Christ will be honored and glorified.
